- paid - charge original interest - My mother was put into paperless billing, and I called Wells Fargo and they told me the bill was lost in the mail, but they would send a bill and this would never happen again. - months later they mail my mother a debt collection letter. I paid off the entire bill with the interest as soon as I was aware of it. My mother born in -/-/- is a - and is unable to use electronic banking or even write checks herself. Wells Fargo put her on Paperless billing so they would not send a bill and they could make money on interest charged to my mother. I want my information to be used as an example to help other seniors who are victims of Wells Fargo.
