Discover consumers have reported over 140 official complaints related to Advertising and marketing. Out of the 140 consumer complaints against Discover, 29% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Discover responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 13% of consumer complaints against Discover resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 22% resulted in non-monetary compensation.
