Advertising and marketing South Dakota

I received a preapproved credit card application in the mail from Discover Card. I am currently attempting to rebuild my credit at this time. I filled out the application and awaited a response from Discover Card. I received a denial letter in the mail today, they discover card cited collection. Charge off or judgment for reasons of denial.
