Discover offered a promotion of - miles per dollar when using - Pay to pay for transactions, up to $10000.00, until -/-/15 ( doubled after one year ). I applied for the card and paid $650.00 for an iPhone exclusively to take advantage of the promotion. Discover then altered the terms of the promotion and excluded gift cards. Discover needs to honor the initial terms of the promotion and give me the miles I am owed ( over - ).
