After less that a day, my account was locked for security reasons. After - days of calling and talking to different people, I was informed my aunt needed to send a copy of my ID, SS card and a utility bill to an address that started with fraud. They said there was a " hold '' placed on the deposit, but there is no record of it. When asked to refund the overdraft fee, they said no. This happened once before and they admitted their mistake and refunded the fee. 2nd time around? No refund.
