Re-AllybankI make auto loan payments to Ally bank in the amount off $170.00 per month. The payments are due on the - day of each month. I was late in the month of - and schedule the payment on Ally 's website to be made on - -. In the interim, I received a letter from Ally of intention to report my late payments to the credit Bureau re. I called and spoke with a - and then with a -, was a supervisor. Despite the fact that we verified my payment scheduled to be deducted from my account on - -, Ally, without authorization deducted the payment from my account on - -. I incurred charges because the funds were not then available and, my other chicks were returned and I was charged various fees. I discussed the question of the fees with the bank but they refused reverse the payment and then deducted on the date scheduled, which is - -. They also refused to refund the fees that were charged in connection with early deduction and, in connection with the charges incurred because my other checks were returned as a result of their early withdrawal of funds from my account.
