I have ally bank checking and savings account. I wanted to transfer $ - from my ally bank account to my spouse 's ally bank account. But finding it very difficult to deal with this bank ( ally ). 1 ) They have setup limits for - transfer which is $ - for 30 days. 2 ) they have some very useless excuses " why do n't both of you open a joint account '' rather than fixing this issue. 3 ) Ally is not ready to increase the 30 days limit to more than $ - even when i am ready to take all the risks/accountability 4 ) They use a bad excuse that - is from 3rd party so they dont have any control. I am really impacted due to the limitations by this online bank. Have they been concrete or mortar bank..i could have walked-in and did it on my own.
