My CD matured on -/-/2016. Prior to the due date I contacted Ally Bank to arrange for a partial redemption on the CD on the maturity date. I have spent literally hours on the phone and on hold trying to get a portion of my maturing CD funds transferred to my checking account. As of - - I am still on hold trying to get my funds sent that were supposed to be sent on - -.
