There were about - disputes on my account that I notified Ally Bank about. I was told that the debit card would be closed and I would receive my money back. Well instead of that happening, Ally added on fees for the disputed amounts. They then reported the fees to - and a collections agency as though I had a negative account. I have contacted them several times to correct this. Please assist.
