PayPal consumers have reported over 163 official complaints related to Fraud or scam. Out of the 163 consumer complaints against PayPal, 13% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how PayPal responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 34% of consumer complaints against PayPal resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 11% resulted in non-monetary compensation.
