Note : This is a Virtual Currency complaint. Today I received an email notice from PayPal about an update to their User Agreement. I do not have an issue with the content of the notice, but as you can see from the attached screenshot, the color of the text is a light gray which makes it difficult to read. This can ONLY be done with the intent to discourage people from reading the document, which may constitute fraud.
