Stellar Recovery Inc. Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received July 18, 2016 - I just received an alert on my credit. A new account was added to my credit by Stellar Recovery. The account says it was from -. Please be advised I was not aware - still exist. I have had - as my internet and television service provider for the past 10 years!!! Moreover, I have never received a notice from - nor was I ever contact by Stellar Recovery so it was quite a surprise when the unknown entry appeared on my credit and lowered my credit rating. Stellar Recovery Inc. Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received July 8, 2016 - CFBP, I have never received any debt notice from this collection agency. I have paid - directly in full and never authorized - to share my information to any third party. The only reason I became aware of this collection being reported to the credit bureaus is because I had started monitoring my credit report. I have never received any notification of debt from Stellar Recovery. This is causing a financial hardship and needs to be deleted from all of my credit reports promptly. I will not consider this complaint closed until it is removed and I receive notification of this action.... |

Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid July 7, 2016 - This is a debt from - -, when our home was foreclosed on the equipment for - was left in the home. We could n't go back and get it so - charged us for it. We wrote - and explained the circumstances and that they needed to contact the bank to get access to the equipment as we could n't so how could we be charged? This debt collection agency must have just recently purchased the account, has not sent me any letters but it appears on my credit report as a NEW account with a - open date, when clearly this account will soon be at the 7 year mark and would be removed from my credit... |

In person in full. - made me pay it in order to hook up service at a new residents. They keep assuring me it will be removed and keep letting me down they tell me they will have a manager call me and no one calls me this happened five times I 'm really tired of this I paid these people and they have no record of anything! - told me that I did not owe anything and they would send me a letter to send to the collection company stating that the debt was paid and not a debt any more! i 'm still waiting for a letter that was supposed to come last week I 'm not holding my brea... |
