I just received an alert on my credit. A new account was added to my credit by Stellar Recovery. The account says it was from -. Please be advised I was not aware - still exist. I have had - as my internet and television service provider for the past 10 years!!! Moreover, I have never received a notice from - nor was I ever contact by Stellar Recovery so it was quite a surprise when the unknown entry appeared on my credit and lowered my credit rating.
