- originally charged for internet service at a home that I sold ( and was vacant due to renovations after the sale ). The person that purchased my home informed me of the debt when they finished renovations and tried to connect internet service. I contacted them and explained, they agreed to research and pull records and call me back, they never called me back. - continues to sell the debt to various collection agencies who resubmit for collection. I have provided details, including the HUD to prove the date of sale at the address, to - twice and had the debt removed both times. Now they have put it on my - credit report and I have submitted the information and pending the result. The amount is $200.00. I am tired of having to repeatedly provide documentation for something they have failed multiple times to prove is my debt. My credit score has been negatively affected in a major way, preventing me from refinancing my home until this is cleared up.
