I was told at the front desk of - -/-/- that there was no debt owed by me when I asked about the remaining balance. After three years I see that is is still being reported as late as -/-/-. I did not know this was happening. No attempts to collect this have been made to my address with any communication, not letter or email. This has affected my credit rating for awhile and I am not certain that removing it by paying it will actually happen.
