This is a debt from - -, when our home was foreclosed on the equipment for - was left in the home. We could n't go back and get it so - charged us for it. We wrote - and explained the circumstances and that they needed to contact the bank to get access to the equipment as we could n't so how could we be charged? This debt collection agency must have just recently purchased the account, has not sent me any letters but it appears on my credit report as a NEW account with a - open date, when clearly this account will soon be at the 7 year mark and would be removed from my credit report.
