On -/-/- I requested via telephone that - terminate my account effective -/-/- due to a pending relocation. - - of Indiana did not terminate my account timely and has alleged a debt in the amount of $120.00. I have received communication from - separate collection agencies, including Stellar Recovery, each of which I have been provided a copy of the contractor 's receipt confirming pickup of my equipment and termination date as well as an accounting of my - account paid in full. I also requested each to cease & desist communication with me regarding the matter. Stellar Recovery knew, or should have known, that this account was in dispute and that a cease and desist order was on place at the time of their -/-/- communication with me regarding this matter. Stellar Recovery is in violation of the harassment provisions of the Fair Debt Collection Practices act.
