After reviewing my credit report I found a collections entry from Stellar Recovery Inc. in the amount of $340.00. I have made multiple attempts to contact Stellar Recovery to seek verification for the amount and to settle the debt. I have completed their webform requesting information, and I have tried calling their posted telephone number. The webform submission has not yielded a response and the phone number is directed to an extension with a mailbox that will not accept messages. Stellar Recovery has continued to report to 3rd party credit bureaus that the account is in collections, but have made it impossible to settle the debt. This tactic has a detrimental impact on my credit score and must be corrected.
