I have continually been contacted by multiple Debt collectors for a termination fee charged me by - that I do not owe. I never signed a contract with them, and therefore this is invalid. The issue is that they keep sending it to different debt collectors. I have tried contacting - to drop this collection attempt but they refuse to do so. They have a known issue with deceptive practices as noted on the - website including not disclosing contracts, price switching ( which they did to me ), etc. I need to know what can be done to get them drop this charge that is not valid. I do not want to have to continue to send certified letters to debt collectors until the end of time while they continue to pursue this frivolous charge.
