I have paid this. In person in full. - made me pay it in order to hook up service at a new residents. They keep assuring me it will be removed and keep letting me down they tell me they will have a manager call me and no one calls me this happened five times I 'm really tired of this I paid these people and they have no record of anything! - told me that I did not owe anything and they would send me a letter to send to the collection company stating that the debt was paid and not a debt any more! i 'm still waiting for a letter that was supposed to come last week I 'm not holding my breath.
