This company placed this collection on my credit report with no contact to me prior. This company has entered into a settlement in - with the - of the Colorado Fair Debt Collection Practices Act for the same type of behavior. The creditor listed is - which I had in - and who erroneously put me in collections. I completed a dispute with - and they cleared my account when they found their error upon investigation. This never was and is not a valid debt. I am in the process of buying a house and it has caused my mortgage interest rate offer to go up by 1 %.
