I had bundled my account with - for internet and - when I first set up my account with them. My account was bundled without my permission or knowledge. I was not aware of this until I noticed a credit on my account of $100.00. I called they said I owed $180.00 for the new stand alone account for - then it was reduced to $75.00. I spoke to a rep - on -/-/2013 who did not know why they split my - off my account so he applied the credit of $100.00 from my current account to my - bill. Then I started receiving more bills for the account I did not open so I called and spoke to another rep - then the manager - on -/-/2013 who insisted I owed this to them he would not listen to me when I explained that this should have already been cleared up as their error not mine. Since then they have sent me to collections for the $75.00 that I do not owe. I have been fighting this since 2013. I had it removed from all - credit bureau 's last year but they moved the claim from - to Stellar Recovery Inc. and it 's back on my credit again. I spoke to - at Stellar Recovery Inc. -/-/- and explained what happened so she disputed it. Even though they have no history of the account or this charge they will not remove or close the collection or stop sending me to collection for it. I have exhausted all efforts to clear this up only to end with the same result. I do not owe this and would like this to be resolved once and for all. I have all this documented from the time this started to date.
