- has repeatedly over charged me for almost 3 yrs. & declined to accept responsibility or adequately fix the problem. They disconnected my service in -/-/2013 & continue to say yrs. later that I owe them $200.00 for which I do n't. They never atoned for the over charges to my account nor fixed the problems that continued to over charge me on " specials '' that they supposedly gave me & reniged on each month. I reported them to the FCC numerous times yet they still failed to correct the billing errors. They continue to send - party collectors after me who harass me by phone for a month or more, then begin sending letters, then ding my credit if I do n't respond which I do n't. This will be the - 3rd party collector they 've sent after me that 's failed to collect on the debt. I told this co. not to call me again. They harassed me 10 times a day with robocalls even when their office was closed on the weekends! I told them I do n't owe - money & to leave me alone. They continue to harass me ignoring what I said.


want this collection co. to back off & if they ding my credit I will hire an attorney & sue both them and - once & for all. I do n't owe them money & will never ever pay them! They 've been sending their pit bulls after me for more than 2 yrs. enough is enough! It has to stop. Each time they sic a new collector on me I 'll get an attorney & report them to whomever for harassment. They need to drop this debt & move on to something they are able to collect. This one will never come to fruition!
