stellar recovery inc put the same collection, but a different account number, back on my report that was deleted on -/-/2016 from all - bureau and that account number was - on - - they added the same debt again but a different account number, which is - I was not notified by the bureau that the same agency reporting the same account that was not mine has been re-added but with a different account number.
