I was doing some credit monitoring and noticed an agency on my report. The agency name is Stellar Recovery Inc out of -, FL, the # listed -, reporting for $67.00 the original creditor was not listed. I called to inquire about what this was about and was advised this is a debt from - form -/-/- after being transferred twice and this is a debt I have never seen before that showed up on my credit report -/-/-. It did not state a creditor just the third party collection company ( Stellar Recovery ). I advised them I had never received notice of the debt. I was not notified by mail, phone or even e-mail. I did advise I was going through a divorce but still had the same telephone number, ( which they verified with me that they had on their records. ) They told me they sent notices -/-/-, to which I was then told had come back with a bad address. However I still had never received any phone call in those 5-6 years. When I was speaking to them about they did advise they had the correct telephone number but I still yet to receive


to a supervisor, - - got on the line and advised me that the loan can only recalled from the original creditor to be deleted. I asked him if his company reports to credit he stated yes, they also collect for -, however refuse to delete the credit when I was never notified of the debt. ( His direct line is - ). I called the original creditor -. They advised me that the do not report to credit. That they will recall this debt. I am in limbo this matter, I have worked very diligently to restore my credit to have a $67.00 account listed in collections and the company refuse to go by the FDCPA and the FCRA.
