I have opened complaints before concerning this same issue but it has evidently not been resolved by the bank. First- when they call they call as " UNKNOWN ''. I do not answer unknown calls. Secondly when I call back or call them they ask for an account number? WHAT account number I have a minimum of - opened by retailers who use the same source which I do NOT like.
