Infomed Synchrony bank of my travel plans outside of the country and to other states within the US prior to travel. These notices have been given to Synchrony two weeks prior to travel and again the day before my travel. Every time Synchrony bank shuts down my cards claiming fraud when they knew I was traveling. I 've spent hours on the phone with Synchrony to correct these issues to no avail. I 've asked for a direct phone number to correct these problems from supervisors and the only answer I ever receive is I 'll send your complaint to upper management.
