I have had trouble with my Sams Club Mastercard, through Synchrony Bank, since Sams Club switched to it -/-/-. I have used it at my local Walmart -/-/-, and it was denied, I have tried using it when I traveled for work -/-/- in - it was denied, even though I contacted them through email to notify them of my travels. I filed a complaint with your office -/-/-. I used it in -/-/-, on a trip to Florida, after having notified them of my travels. I used it in a grocery store and was told of " suspicious '' activity, and they froze my account.
As of -/-/- my current " reward balance '' is $240.00. This amount should have been mailed to me by -/-/- ... .I have not received it. This morning I talked to - ( last name unknown ), from Synchrony Bank and tried to find out why I have n't received my money. He pretty much gave me the run around. I just would like to receive my $240.00 and be done with this company. This company has been a thorn in my side, and I think their service is deplorable! I would appreciate any help in this matter that you could give me. Thank You
