Account # - - - Care Credit Synchrony Bank GE I entered into a debt management plan with - - - - - - which set up a program with Care Credit GE Synchrony Bank on my behalf. Prior to setting up the - plan I cancelled a plan with another firm called - ( due to service and fees ). Care Credit cancelled my - account in error. I have made over 15 calls to Care Credit to speak with Care Credit - with no access to their department and thus no response. No one at Care Credit would help addressing this mistake. - has made - calls on my behalf. Recently - and myself tried to set up a - conference call which placed us only in an automated message. I want to speak with Care Credit to address this mistake. My account has been negatively affected due to this misunderstanding
