I have a number of accounts with Synchrony Bank. I have opened complaints before concerning this same issue but it has evidently not been resolved by the bank. First- when they call they call as " UNKNOWN ''. I do not answer unknown calls. Secondly when I call back or call them they ask for an account number? WHAT account number I have a minimum of - opened by retailers who use the same source which I do NOT like. I owe it all to - company. Next their automated system does not work, rarely works and almost always forces me to switch to a live person who supposedly speaks English but CAN NOT COMPREHEND IT. Next rarely can you get a manager if ever. Then I get late fees or charges because the payment is past due. In my opinion I find this as unbelievable yet the state of affairs in this nation today. I asked for Customer Service and after multiple attempts they hung up. Wow and you -respectfully- are evidently a hollow shell who can not do anything but state you help consumers.
