I am behind on my Care Credit Synchrony Bank payments, I have explained this to representatives of the Bank by phone and also by e-mail last week that I and my wife are both Senior Citizens and both on Social Security and a fixed income. I had the company take $230.00 from our checking account on - -, 2016, and told them I would send more money at the end of the month, when we have additional checks coming. But this was not enough, they are threatening to send the account to a collection agency and they call and leave messages several times a day. I am - years old, and this is very upsetting, but it does not seem to matter to these people. They have a couple of addresses, - is Synchrony Bank, - - -, -, Florida, -, and another - is somewhere in Utah, where the phone calls come from. Thank You, - -. -, -, Pa.
