WE made a payment on our cc on -. the conformation # -. In the online payment instructions it states that payments are posted to the account within 48 hours. I called them and was on hold for about 30 min. i was told the funds would post to my account on -! The funds were taken out of our bank account on -. We believe that customer service is not a priority with this bank. They exhibit traits that lead us to believe that their financial profits are their only concern. ie ... long phone hold times and when payments are made the www instructions on the payment page are what consumers look at, NOT the fine print on the agreement. Due to their sharp business practices we will pay off the card and cancel it. Respectfully -
