I signed up for a care credit account -/-/-. My first payment was due in -. I created an online account as well as paid for the application on my phone. I can never log in to make my payment, I 'm always locked out. I have tried multiple times by myself and with a customer service rep on the line to reset my security questions-which I do. When I go to log back in, it always asks for a security question that I DID NOT PICK. It does this every time even after I have reset the questions. Care Credit customer service line can not figure it out. I am stuck paying the $8.00 service fee for paying over the phone even their it is their website that has the issue. I am not happy. I have attempted to get this resolved MULTIPLE times and nobody has a clue on what to do. It is now nearing -/-/-. I asked the customer service rep to let me know when they have resolved this issue, and they told me that they do n't call back their customers to let them know when a problem has been resolved. I have no way of discontinuing this card because my - payments are monthly.
