I tried to log into my account from the website. The website requires they send a secure code to my cell phone either text or phone call. I am - military - and do not have access to any phone service. I only have internet. I tried their online chat and they could not help me log into my account. I am now locked out of my account for the remainder of my - because I do not have a cell phone.
