Synchrony Bank/ Care credit is continuing to report incorrectly with equifax and experian after agreeing in writing to remove incorrect information. My original dispute in - 2016 resulted in an agreement to remove from my file a 30 day late pay. - months later this information is still being reported. It is absolutely ridiculous how unresponsive and difficult it is to navigate their dysfunctional system. I also intend to file complaints against equifax and experian because they are not reinvestigating because if they were the agreement in -/-/- would be discovered, the item in question deleted, problem solved. People should not have to babysit their credit report.
