Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer trouble with how payments are handled November 27, 2016 - ECMC became the servicer of my student loans after, I unfortunately defaulted on my loans, which I am not able to understand, as I did not -, yet someone received monies for studies in did not complete. I submitted a request to be withdrawn from attendance within the required time frame.
