i fell behind on my private student loan, but for - yrs i was under an agreement to make $260.00 a month payments. i recently completed this agreement, but was met with harassment and belittling comments from a manager at Premier Credit. Berating me because I can not afford to increase my monthly payments and was met with resistance to continue payments like i currently am. In - 2013 they offered me a deal to settle my account for -, but now they are telling me i 'm 16 months behind and our threatening to take more income that i do not have as i 'm a mother of - and a full time student. i am more than willing to continue payments to bring my account to zero, but this company is not willing to work with someone on a limited budget and even insulted the fact that i was on a limited budget.
