These Creditors have been harassing me for almost two years. I have denied this debt. They sent additional attempts to collect debt. I filed for chapter - - Bankruptcy relief and included them. They started sending wage garnishment attempts to my employers. I contacted Consumer Finance Gov regarding this and the company states the account is closed as of - -. So a few months later I receive another attempt to garnish my wages, so I sent information letting them know once again 1 ) this is not my debt and 2 ) I do n't know what these student loans are for. They sent me some information from - - - from when I was enrolled in - ( unsure of exact enrollment time, this is an approximation ). Once I was informed of the school, I wrote them back letting them know the school staff were signing our applications ( evening students ) and receiving loans on behalf of us. I also informed them that is the reason the school was closed. They sent - application packets where I needed to provide - signatures from as close to the date as possible. I was given 60 days from - to submit. However, the company sent another wage garnishment to my employers prior to my 60 day submittal deadline although I faxed all of the application including my supporting documents the day before my 60 day deadline. It took me almost two months to locate anything with my signature dating that far back. Now the company has began emailing me to rehab my loan and are ignoring my discharge due to unauthorized signature.
