GM Financial consumers have reported over 55 official complaints related to Vehicle lease. Out of the 55 consumer complaints against GM Financial, 25% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how GM Financial responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 13% of consumer complaints against GM Financial resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 11% resulted in non-monetary compensation.
