I recently viewed my - Credit Report and observed that GM Financial conducted an inquire 3 times, -/-/16, -/-/16, and -/-/16. I do n't recall granting authorization to GM Financial to inquire my - credit report 3 times in a time period of 5 days. I am requesting GMFINANCIAL to send me the documentation 's used to authorize there inquiries so I can verify it 's validity. If they are unable to provide me the mentioned document 's ( 3 ) I am requesting GMFINANCIAL TO REMOVE THE INQUIERIES FROM MY - CREDIT REPORT. I am prepared to seek legal council and pursue legal action for GMFINANCIAL knowingly and willingly violating my rights granted to me by the FCRA. Thank you for your immediate action to my request. Furthermore, in addition to GMFINANCIAL contacting - I want GMFINANCIAL to send me a letter confirming that the request was made to - to remove the mentioned inquiries from my credit report for my records.
