Navient consumers have reported over 266 official complaints related to Federal student loan. Out of the 266 consumer complaints against Navient, 16% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Navient responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 1% of consumer complaints against Navient resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 11% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

There have also been calls to my sister 's cell phone, my parents ' home and other calls to cousins, aunts, in-laws, etc. I am not the holder of this debt, but Pioneer Credit continues to call in an attempt to find the debt holder.
