I had looked up my credit score on transunion they said it was in the - range so I went and applied for a credit card. Bank calls me back and tells me that my score is a - which is too low for them but more alarming is that the difference of - points and now because of that I have a bad hit on my credit for getting denied. Complained to transunion they said they could n't and would n't do anything about it.... |

I found out about this when I tried to refinance my home. at this time my credit was not locked and we were able to get thing resolved. I went to purchase a vehicle two months ago and the finance department says my credit is now locked. So now not only is my credit combined with my cousins but it is locked as well. I tried many times and wasted many hours on the phone with transunion. I even went as far as contacting a lawyer, he suggested sending a certified letter to transunion which I did more then 30... |

I had a simple question : why is my credit score dramatically lower when I have - % of the debt I had when my credit score was higher. They could provide no reason and repeatedly asked if I wanted to dispute any items on my report which I explained was not the problem. The first - folks I spoke to at their overseas call center spoke English so poorly I had to ask them to repeat what they said three or four times.... |

They have blocked my access to my report through their website at www.Transunion.com which instructs me to call their phone number. The phone call leads to several transfers and eventually I am dumped to a voicemail. Each time I am transferred I request a copy of my report and am told that my report is handled by either the " special handling department '' or the " priority department '' depending on who I am speaking to. I believe this is in direct retal... |

For example, they will tell you your credit limit on your revolving account is too low, but my highest limit is -. But they wo n't tell you what the limit should be. Given that this impacts my future credit applications/interest rates, they need to be transparent about this black box, or at least answer specific questions directly.... |

I included all the ID copies their web site said to. They sent me a letter saying my ID was incorrect.... |
