Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Minnesota

I have been trying to get my credit report from tranunion online for over three months, I have spent in excess of 20 hours on the phone with them. I keep getting an error saying they ca n't access my account with the information supplied, it does not ask for any information just ask me to log in, I have verferd the correct address is on file with them my name is spelled right. Trans union keeps saying try in 24 hours yesterday they said someone would call me within 24 hours and no one every did.
