Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Oregon

I have spent hours on the phone with TransUnion because I can not access my credit report online. They send me back and forth from phone number to phone number. I 've jumped through all the hoops they 've put in front of me and still nothing. These people have huge amounts of power yet I am unable to even get my report to make sure the information is accurate. Where is the accountability? Please work with them to ensure that their product is actually accessible.
