Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score New Hampshire

I spoke to - people at TransUnion. I had a simple question : why is my credit score dramatically lower when I have - % of the debt I had when my credit score was higher. They could provide no reason and repeatedly asked if I wanted to dispute any items on my report which I explained was not the problem. The first - folks I spoke to at their overseas call center spoke English so poorly I had to ask them to repeat what they said three or four times.
