Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Maryland

Trans Union has not been able to provide me with an online view of my credit reports despite many calls and speaking to several supervisors about the issues. They continue to state they are working on the problem but there is never a resolution. This issue has been ongoing for over a year. They insist that I call in every time I need to file a dispute or apply a security freeze on my credit reports.
