Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Georgia

TransUnion has refused to issue a copy of my credit report ( free state report and free adverse action report ) after more than 16 requests. They have blocked my access to my report through their website at www.Transunion.com which instructs me to call their phone number. The phone call leads to several transfers and eventually I am dumped to a voicemail. Each time I am transferred I request a copy of my report and am told that my report is handled by either the " special handling department '' or the " priority department '' depending on who I am speaking to. I believe this is in direct retaliation of taking prior legal action against Transunion more than 1 year ago. This seems to be an intentional action that they take upon any person whom has filed any legal actions against the company, which is designed to confuse and frustrate consumers and make it overly burdensome and extremely difficult to obtain copies of consumer reports. Additionally, this action prevents any report from being free as mandated by Georgia State Law and the FCRA when postage, printing and paper costs are forced to become involved in the request. I have recordings of several phone calls demonstrating my request for my credit report multiple times before being sent to a voicemail. At this time I am not attaching a copy of those phone recordings due to privacy reasons, as they contain my giving personal identification information to the agents at transunion, but redacted copies may be available soon if needed.
