Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Arizona

I have made multiple written requests for TransUnion to issue my Credit Freeze security PIN and they fail to respond. I placed a Credit Freeze on my bureau more than a year ago due to fraud activity and I need the freeze removed to apply for a mortgage. I can not remove the freeze without a PIN from TransUnion. TransUnion will only issue a PIN if they receive a request by mail. I sent them a request on -/-/2017 and again -/-/2017 and they still have not responded. I live in the state of Arizona and TransUnion 's guide indicates there is no fee for this service. There is no way to even follow up to ensure they have received my request and when I can expect to get the PIN issued.
