Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Texas

I requested my credit report thru annual credit report. After filling out the info and answering the security questions, TransUnion 's report did show up. I went to save and print and it kicked me off the page and said I needed to request by mail or phone. The next report, -, said they could not process my request and to send them copies of my social, Drivers license, mort papers, utility bills, etc. Are you kidding me? I am not sending my personal info in the mail like that, that is how identities get stolen. I am completely shocked this credit agency would ask me to send these things, especially when they know this info already. Needless to say I did not get a single report and now have to wait 12 months to request another - unless I pay.
