Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score California

I have a credit monitoring service with each credit service, - and - are using the vantage score - with a - score range same as Transunion. But - & - both have my score in the high - but Transunion has my score at -. I tried to get an explanation from several people from TU but only answer I could get from them including supervisors, was that it must be something on my report and they have a different rating system. The last supervisor I talked with could not explain and then began to argue with me. So I canceled my monitoring service with them because since late - until current date my score with them has either stayed the same or gone down a few points when everyone else has gone up - - - points since I have 100 % on time payments and - ballance on most of my credit cards. No late payments, only use less than 18 % of my credit at any given time and have had credit for over 15 years. Transunion could not give me any reason for their score going down or staying at the low #. The man I talked with said that the score had changed and since my membership just ended 2 days ago, I would have to pay $9.00 for them to mail it to me. They could not tell me if it had gone up or down. I feel they are not doing their job and reporting correct information and everyone I had talked with was very rude with no people skills at all. I know that they are partnered with Creditwise which is - - and they are reporting my info wrong. I would like an investigation to their service. I also know that they want to charge $39.00 for an all - brueau report and the others only charge $29.00 when you are a member. I am attaching a copy of my - and I have a hard copy of my Transuinion if needed.
